Summary :
The ADM corn milling plant in Clinton, IA has openings for production operators.
Job Requirements :
- Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
- Previous factory experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED with strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)
- Strong safety performance and value for safety
- Knowledge of equipment operation and use of tools
- Stable work history
- Strong attendance record
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness and ability to work 12 hour rotating shifts
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Ability to lift fifty pounds routinely, climb stairs and ladders, wear respirator and work at high elevations
